Rates - Bamboo Retreat

Non-Refundable Reservation Deposit - $200 required within 5 days of booking

Full prepayment due 90 days prior to arrival or when booked.

Prices include only check-in and normal check-out cleanings

Cleaners can be contracted directly to purchase additional cleanings if desired

Security Deposit - $300 to be returned after inspection of property is made and found in good condition (i.e. no damages or extra departure cleaning expenses)

There is a $15 check-in fee to be paid at the front desk at the time of check-in.
