This
is a beautifully renovated unit that is our second home so it is fully
equipped with all your needs and more. Our lovely fourth floor
unit in Building #10 has a private lanai where you can watch the waves
breaking on the rocks on Kamaole Beach III and overlooks the fountains
and ponds in the garden area below us. The Kitchen and bathrooms
have granite countertops and tile floors. There are dual shower
heads (one can be handheld) in the bathrooms and custom painted walls.
The kitchen has all full-size appliances and from the kitchen window you
can see Haleakala. There are two sofas in the living room with one
being a queen sleeper sofa with an upgraded mattress. Our unit is
situated so that it maximizes the benefits of the trade winds and in
addition has ceiling and wall and floor fans in every room. We are
within walking distance to numerous shopping and dining places and with
many more only a five minute drive away, including the World Famous Wailea area with its luxurious hotels and their famous Beach walk and
The Shops at Wailea shopping center with the best stores, art galleries
and restaurants. |
